Italians are very fond of spinach soup with cheese meatballs. You don't have to live in Italy to taste this original soup. You can cook it yourself in forty minutes. The spinach gives the soup a pleasant aroma, and the cheese and meatballs are very satisfying.
It is necessary
- - 350 g minced meat;
- - 300 g of spinach;
- - 100 g parmesan cheese;
- - 50 ml of milk;
- - 50 g of white bread;
- - 2 chicken eggs;
- - 1 liter of meat broth;
- - black pepper, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Soak white bread in milk. Add an egg, any minced meat, grated cheese to it. Leave one chicken egg intact for now. Salt, pepper, stir, mold the meatballs.
Step 2
Bring the meat broth to a boil, dip the cheese balls into it. Add the spinach after 15 minutes.
Step 3
Break the remaining egg, shake with a whisk, mix with 1, 5 tbsp. spoons of milk, then pour into a preheated frying pan.
Step 4
Fry the egg so that lumps are formed, for this, do not stop stirring with a whisk during frying.
Step 5
Add the egg lumps to the soup and let sit on the stove for another 5 minutes. Then you can pour it into deep bowls.
