Toasted savory nuggets are a great family meal. And the corn sauce can be used for 2-4 days, you can make nuggets with a margin.
It is necessary
- - 600 g chicken breast fillet;
- - 1 clove of garlic;
- - lettuce leaves;
- - 4 sandwich buns;
- - 2 teaspoons of brown sugar;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of paprika;
- - 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper;
- - ½ teaspoon of dried marjoram;
- - ½ teaspoon of dried sage;
- - ½ teaspoon of caraway seeds;
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of sunflower oil;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of lemon juice.
- For the sauce:
- - 200 g of canned sweet corn;
- - 2 tomatoes;
- - 2 bunches of green onions;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sunflower oil;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of apple cider vinegar;
- - salt and ground black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Place each piece of chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap. Beat off lightly with a mallet or rolling pin. Rub the meat with garlic.
Step 2
Combine brown sugar, paprika, cayenne pepper, and seasonings in a bowl. Sprinkle the mixture over the chicken and rub on both sides of the meat with your fingers. Heat up your grill. Cut each chicken breast into thirds.
Step 3
Combine the oil and lemon juice in a small bowl. Dip the meat into the mixture, then place the pieces on the grill. Cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, until the chicken is browned and golden brown.
Step 4
Cut the tomatoes into cubes and the green onions into rings.
Step 5
Make the sauce: Drain the corn jar, pour the grains into a bowl. Add tomatoes, onions, oil, vinegar and stir. Season with salt and pepper and leave to cool while the chicken cooks. Place lettuce, chicken and sauce in buns before serving.
