The "Grape" cake turns out to be very tasty, delicate and light. The cream contains cracker, which is very unusual. Can be served as a dessert and birthday cake.

- - 700 g sour cream
- - 300 g cracker
- - 100 g raisins
- - 200 g white chocolate
- - 25 g gelatin
- - 2 bags of green jelly
- - 200 g of grapes
- - 250 g granulated sugar
- - 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- - 450 ml of water
Instructions
Step 1
First, soak the gelatin in hot water. Then leave it to cool. Dilute jelly in 300 ml of hot water. Leave to cool too.
Step 2
Prepare the cream. Break the cracker in half. Grate the chocolate.
Step 3
Pour sour cream into a saucepan, add granulated sugar, vanilla sugar and whisk everything well with a whisk until smooth. Then add the gelatin and beat again. Add steamed raisins, crackers and mix well.
Step 4
Take a baking dish, add 1/3 of the cream, then sprinkle with chocolate chips. Put 2/3 of the cream on top of the chocolate and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Repeat this one more time. Remove the mold to a cool place for about 40-50 minutes until it hardens.
Step 5
Take grapes, rinse them thoroughly and cut them into halves. Remove the cake, carefully lay out the grapes and fill them with green jelly. Place in a cold place until the cake solidifies, about 8-10 hours.
Step 6
Use a spatula to remove the cake from the mold. Transfer to a platter and serve.
