A beautiful, mouth-watering and incredibly tasty grape jelly cake with a summer aroma - an easy dessert to prepare.

It is necessary

  • - 700 g of grapes;
  • - 500 g of cookies;
  • - 2 tbsp. spoons of milk;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of gelatin;
  • - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
  • - 500 g sour cream (20%).

Instructions

Step 1

For the first bottom layer of the cake, crush the cookies into small crumbs. Add milk and stir everything. Put the resulting soft dough in a mold and place in the refrigerator.

Step 2

For the second sour cream layer, whisk sour cream with 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar. Pour 0.5 cups of water over one part of gelatin and leave to swell for 20-30 minutes. Melt it in a water bath to dissolve completely. After cooling a little, add the gelatin to the sour cream, mix and pour over the first cake. Refrigerate.

Step 3

Make the last layer - grape. Fill the grapes (500 g) with sugar and put on fire. Heat until boiling, then cool slightly, strain and cover with the remaining dissolved gelatin.

Step 4

Cut the rest of the grapes into halves. After the sour cream layer has solidified, put the grapes on it. Pour gently with grape juice and place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours until it solidifies.
