The "Grape" salad is not only tasty, hearty and healthy, but also looks very beautiful. This amazingly tasty and mouth-watering salad can take its rightful place on your table.
It is necessary
- - 250 g of fresh mushrooms;
- - 150 g of hard cheese;
- - 100 g of grapes;
- - 4 chicken eggs;
- - 3 pcs. potatoes;
- - 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - 1 large onion;
- - 500 g of chicken meat;
- - mayonnaise;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
For salad, you can use both boiled chicken meat and smoked chicken breast. If you chose the first option, cook chicken meat. Season the meat with salt 15 minutes before the end of cooking. Boil the meat for an hour and cool it down.

Wash the potatoes and cook. Place eggs over low heat to cook. While the potatoes and eggs are boiling, prepare the other necessary ingredients for the salad.

Peel the onion and chop it finely. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces and place them with onions in a skillet with vegetable oil for frying.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Cut the chicken into small cubes. Grate eggs and potatoes on a coarse grater.
Step 5
For the "Grape" salad, choose seedless grapes, preferably raisins. Cut the grapes into halves.
Step 6
Grape salad is prepared in layers. Lay out the layers from the prepared ingredients in the following order: potatoes, fried mushrooms, chicken meat, chopped eggs, grated cheese. Grease each layer with mayonnaise. Decorate the top of the salad with halves of grapes.
