Instructions
Step 1
Heat 2 cups of milk and dilute 25 g of fresh yeast in it. Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp to milk and yeast. granulated sugar and 0.5 tsp. salt. Mix everything until smooth. Pour 500 g of sifted flour into the dough in small portions. Stir everything well and cover the dough with a clean cloth. Place the dough in a warm place to rise. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Spoon the risen dough and place it in the hot oil. Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
Step 2
Delicious pancakes are made on the basis of whey. To do this, in a deep bowl, mix 1 liter of whey, 3 eggs and 6 tablespoons of granulated sugar. Season the mixture with salt to taste. Pour in the sifted flour so that the dough resembles thick sour cream. At the very end of the batch, add 1 teaspoon of baking soda. Fry the pancakes in vegetable oil on both sides. They will turn out to be tall and mouth-watering.
Step 3
Pancakes on homemade yogurt will turn out fluffy and soft. To prepare them in a large saucepan, mix 5 cups flour, 0.5 teaspoon salt, 1 tsp. soda and 2 tbsp. granulated sugar. Add homemade curdled milk to this mixture, pouring it in small portions. Mix everything thoroughly each time. The dough should be so thick that it does not drip from the spoon, but falls smoothly. Let the dough stand for 30 minutes and fry the pancakes in vegetable oil under the lid. Take the dough with a spoon dipped in water.
Serve the pancakes hot with compote, jelly, tea, milk, juice or fruit drink.
