It is necessary

  • - 2 chicken breasts (large);
  • - 100 g of hard cheese;
  • - one egg;
  • - 6 medium potato tubers;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of flour;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • - 20 g of greens;
  • - salt, black pepper - to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Wash and chop the herbs, mix with grated cheese.

Step 2

Cut the chicken into thin slices, season with salt and pepper, mix. Fry everything in a skillet until tender.

Peel potatoes, grate gently. Squeeze out all the juice. Add salt, egg and flour. Mix well.

Heat a frying pan over low heat, cover the bottom with a thin layer of vegetable oil.

Place and distribute the grated potatoes over the bottom of the pan and hold with a spatula for 2-3 minutes. You will get a pancake shape. Fry on both sides.

Put the chicken on one side of the potato pancake, sprinkle the mixed cheese and herbs on the other. Fry for about 2-3 minutes, the cheese will begin to melt.

Then fold the pancake in half. Cover the side with cheese on top of the chicken side. Fry on both sides for one minute. You can serve it with a light salad of herbs or fresh vegetables.
