Broccoli donuts will appeal to the whole family, especially children. Donuts have a spicy, sweetish taste with a slight sourness. This appetizer goes well with green tea and apple juice.

- - 850-950 g broccoli or cauliflower
- - 650-700 g flour
- - 10-15 g fresh yeast
- - 1 egg
- - 110-120 g lemon zest
- - sugar

- - 700-800 ml of refined vegetable oil
- - 110-120 ml of lemon juice

Step 1
Dissolve yeast in a small amount of warm water with sugar, leave for 7-11 minutes, then stir with flour. Add another glass of water, egg, sugar, some pepper, lemon zest and salt at the end, knead the dough.
Step 2
Transfer the finished dough into a cup, cover with a paper towel and heat for 2, 5 hours, until it doubles in size. Divide the broccoli into inflorescences, cut slightly and boil in boiling salted water for 3-5 minutes. Then put the inflorescences in a cup and cool.
Step 3
Add broccoli to the finished dough and mix a little. Heat vegetable oil in a high-edged skillet. Grease a ladle with oil and scoop a small amount of broccoli dough with it, dip the dough in deep fat.
Step 4
Fry donuts until golden brown, spreading on a flat dish. Wipe off excess oil with a paper towel. Serve hot, moistened with lemon juice.
