Chicken and almond bread with vegetables is a great option for a hearty snack. Such bread can be served on a festive table, for breakfast. It's easy to cook, simple sandwiches with it become much tastier!
It is necessary
- - 800 g chicken fillet;
- - 200 ml of cream of 10-20% fat content;
- - 100 g of almonds, ham;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of canned green peas, canned corn, potato starch;
- - 150 g pickled cucumber;
- - 1 bell pepper;
- - half an onion;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of brandy;
- - cheese, herbs, allspice, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the almonds. If you want, you can pre-fry it in a dry skillet. Combine canned peas with corn and cheese. Cut the pepper into cubes, cucumbers into strips. Chop the herbs finely. Cut onions and ham into cubes. Grind the chicken fillet in a blender, cut a small piece into cubes.
Step 2
Combine chopped almonds, minced chicken, fillet diced, ham, peas, corn, cheese, herbs, onions. Add cream, starch, salt, pepper and seasonings to taste. Pour in cognac, mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Put a layer of minced meat in a mold, chopped bell pepper on top. Cover with another layer of minced meat, lay out the strips of pickled cucumber. Cover with a layer of minced meat. It is better to use a rectangular shape for this recipe.
Step 4
Place the dish in the oven for 1 hour; it should be preheated to 180 degrees. The cooking time for almond and chicken bread depends on the capabilities of your oven and on the size of the chosen shape.
Step 5
Remove the prepared almond-chicken bread with vegetables from the oven, cool without taking it out of the mold. After that, transfer to a plate, cut into portions.
