  • - wheat flour - 1 kg;
  • - dry instant yeast - 15 g;
  • - sea salt - 1, 5 teaspoon;
  • - vegetable oil - 60 ml;
  • - sweet red pepper - 0, 5 pieces;
  • - ground paprika - 1 teaspoon;
  • - pumpkin - 350 g;
  • - poppy - 5 g;
  • - caraway seeds - 0.5 teaspoon.

Instructions

Step 1

First, prepare the dough for the tricolor bread. Start with green. Place the spinach in a blender, add 100 ml of water and vegetable oil to it. Grind until puree. Combine flour with salt and 5 grams of dry yeast and sift. Then add the spinach puree to this mixture. Mix everything thoroughly and knead the dough. Place it in a warm place for about 60 minutes. Thus, it will rise.

Step 2

Red dough. For it, boil water in a small saucepan. Put the bell peppers in it, after removing the core, and cook for 5 minutes. Thus, it will become blanched. Then place it in a blender and chop it. Combine 5 grams of yeast with salt, flour, ground paprika, 120 milliliters of water and mashed pepper. Mix everything well. Knead the dough and send it, like the previous one, to a warm place.

Step 3

Yellow dough. Chop the pumpkin pulp into small pieces. Wrap it in foil and place it in a preheated oven until it softens. Once this happens, place the pumpkin in a blender, purée and mix with flour, yeast, and salt. Knead the dough and heat for an hour.

Step 4

After the time has elapsed, the dough has risen. Divide each into equal sized pieces. Roll them out with a rolling pin so that you get sausages. Connect together by braiding into a braid and securing the ends. Cover the future bread in this form and do not touch it for 20-30 minutes.

Step 5

When the bread is fine, lightly dampen the surface with water and place the poppy seeds and caraway seeds on top of it.

Step 6

Preheat the oven to a temperature of 220 degrees. Send the dish, laid out on a baking sheet with parchment, into it for about 30-35 minutes. Cool the finished baked goods and serve. The tricolor bread is ready!
