It is necessary

  • For 6 servings:
  • - 6 large eggs;
  • - 2 tbsp. starch;
  • - 4 tablespoons semolina;
  • - zest of one lemon;
  • - a bag of vanilla sugar (10 g);
  • - 500 g of cottage cheese;
  • - 250 g sour cream;
  • - 2 tbsp. butter;
  • - 160 g granulated sugar.

Instructions

Step 1

We divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Step 2

Beat the cottage cheese with a mixer with half the sugar and sour cream, add the lemon zest. Then add the yolks, starch and semolina. Set aside for 30 minutes.

Step 3

Beat the whites with the remaining half of the sugar. Carefully, so that they do not settle, with a spatula, in several steps, mix the proteins with the rest of the mass.

Step 4

We take a frying pan suitable for baking in the oven. Melt butter on it and pour out the curd mixture. Cook for 2-3 minutes and put in the oven for 5-7 minutes. Then turn on the grill function and hold the casserole under it until crisp. We take out, cut into portions and serve! Bon Appetit!
