For this recipe, Richard Kurt received a gold medal at an exhibition in Brussels, and cereal cookies have become one of the "calling cards" of Austrian cuisine … Let's try to cook it too.
It is necessary
- Butter - 240 g;
- Flour of the highest grade - 250 g;
- Powdered sugar - 150 g;
- Mix of nuts - 130 g + a little for sprinkling;
- Favorite jam - 100 ml;
- Melted chocolate - 150 g;
- Zest of half a lemon;
- A pinch of salt;
- A pinch of cinnamon;
- A pinch of ground cloves.
Instructions
Step 1
Grind the nuts with a coffee grinder or a special grinder. Chop the butter into small crumbs, mix with flour, spices, zest and powdered sugar. Knead the dough, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Remove the dough from the refrigerator, roll it out and cut out cookies with a diameter of about 3 cm. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool down.
Step 3
Spread jam on two cookies. Melt the chocolate in a water bath, dip thalers in it, sprinkle with nuts. Bon Appetit!
