- - ground ginger - 1/4 teaspoon;
- - baking powder - 1/4 teaspoon.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix the butter with brown granulated sugar and beat on medium speed using a mixer. To completely dissolve the sugar, pour it out not all at once, but in several steps.
Step 2
Into the resulting air mixture of butter and granulated sugar, add raw egg yolk, as well as vanillin, along with ground ginger. Beat the resulting mixture until smooth, add candied ginger finely chopped with a knife to it. Mix everything properly.
Step 3
Add the dry mixture of baking powder, salt and flour from wheat to the main oil mass. By mixing everything with a mixer until smooth, you will get a dough for future sweet crackers.
Step 4
Using a teaspoon, spread the resulting dough onto a floured baking sheet so that there is a distance of at least 3 centimeters between the cookies. You should end up with about 50 crackers. Send them to an oven preheated to 190 degrees and cook on the middle rack for 10-12 minutes.
Step 5
After cooking, hold the golden pastry for 5 minutes in the oven, then remove it onto the dishes using a metal spatula and put it in one layer. So the cookies should lie until they cool completely, that is, about 45 minutes. Sweet crackers with candied ginger are ready!
