Instructions
Step 1
Scald the tomatoes with boiling water and peel them. Cut the chili and sweet pepper pods in half and peel them from the seeds, pass the garlic through a crusher, and peel and cut the onion into cubes.
Step 2
Fry the onion and chopped peppers in a frying pan in olive oil. Then add tomato and garlic to them. After a few minutes, remove from heat, season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
When the vegetable mass has cooled down, smooth out the consistency with a blender. Then add the chopped greens, squeeze out the lime juice and pour in a spoonful of olive oil. Mix everything and serve.
