Lentils are not only a healthy product, but also very tasty. Cooking lentil cutlets with salsa takes only 15 minutes of preparation and 20 minutes of the process itself.

- - 1 eggplant;
- - 1 bell pepper;

- - 100 g flour for breading;
- - 5 cloves of garlic.

Step 1
Let's start cooking cutlets. First you need to boil the lentils. We wash it with water, fill it and cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Drain off excess liquid and cool.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion and garlic and then fry. Add the diced eggplant to the fried onion and fry for 5 minutes. Then put the tomato, previously cut into small cubes, into this mixture and fry for another 5-7 minutes.
Step 3
Cool the vegetables, add lentils, salt, pepper, finely chopped parsley to them and mix. We sculpt cutlets from the resulting porridge, roll them in flour.
Step 4
Fry the cutlets in a hot skillet with vegetable oil over medium heat. To remove excess oil, it is recommended that you place the finished cutlets on a paper towel. It will absorb and remove excess and make the cutlets even tastier.
Step 5
Now we begin to prepare salsa. In a saucepan, fry finely chopped onion and garlic in a little oil. Add chopped bell peppers and chili peppers and fry for another 5 minutes. Stirring pepper, onion and garlic, add tomatoes, salt and pepper. Add greens if desired.
