Lentils are the leader in iron content. Having prepared this dish, you eat not only delicious, but also very healthy food.
It is necessary
- - 1 glass of lentils;
- - 1 glass of bulgur;
- - 2 onions;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 100-150 g sesame seeds
- - dill, cilantro, salt and pepper to taste.

Step 1
Soak the lentils for about 1 hour, then refill them with clean water and cook until tender.
Step 2
Rinse the bulgur several times, then pour boiling water over it and cover tightly. Let it brew for about half an hour. After the cereal is well steamed, drain it into a colander. Do the same with boiled bulgur.
Step 3
Then mince the lentils, bulgur, onions and garlic. Then finely chop the herbs into the resulting mixture and add salt and pepper. Then mix the minced meat thoroughly.
Step 4
Make round cutlets from this minced meat and roll them in sesame seeds.
Take a small mold, coat it with oil. Put the resulting cutlets in a mold and bake in the oven.
