Seaweed is a very healthy product, which was mainly consumed by residents of areas located near the sea. Nowadays, seaweed is popular in different parts of our planet. Seaweed can act as a main ingredient in soups and salads, giving them a savory flavor.

1 salad option

You will need:

  • canned seaweed 2 cans,
  • canned squid 1 can,
  • rice 100 g,
  • medium onions 2 pcs.,
  • dill greens
  • 1 can olives,
  • carrots 2 pcs.

Open a jar of canned squid. Cut it into small strips. Open jars of seaweed. Pour water into a saucepan, when the water boils, add rice. Salt. Cook over low heat for 20-30 minutes. Make sure that the rice does not spread. After the rice has cooked, tip it into a colander and under cold water.

Finely chop the onion and fry in butter, add a pinch of sugar and soy sauce. Boil carrots, cool and make small fish. Make the eyes of the fish from black pepper. Lettuce ingredients can be mixed with mayonnaise or layered. Decorate with seaweed, fish, herbs, olives.

2 salad option

You will need:

  • canned seaweed 2 cans,
  • fillet of Pacific herring 100 g,
  • potatoes 2-3 pcs.,
  • onion 1 pc.,
  • garlic 3 cloves.

Boil the potatoes and finely chop into strips or grate them on a coarse grater. Finely chop the onion. Cut herring fillet into cubes. Add the seaweed. Squeeze the garlic. Gently mix everything with mayonnaise. Decorate as in 1 salad.

3 salad option

You will need:

  • canned seaweed 2 cans,
  • meat 300 g,
  • potatoes 3 pcs.,
  • eggs 4 pcs.,
  • bulb,
  • processed cheese 100 g,
  • 3 cloves garlic,
  • salt.

For 3 versions of the salad, boil meat, eggs, potatoes. We cut everything into thin strips. Eggs, potatoes and cheese can be grated on a coarse grater. Add the seaweed. Squeeze the garlic. Salt a little. Mix everything with mayonnaise or lay it out in layers. It remains to decorate the salad and you can serve it to the table.
