Pilaf "Sayadiya" is a dish from the Arabian cuisine. In another way, this pilaf is called "pilaf with fish". Occurred in the city of Sayda. The pilaf is aromatic and tasty. Serve with an Arabian salad.

Instructions
Step 1
First, rinse the fish well and cut it into pieces, add cumin, lemon juice, lemon peel, salt and pepper to taste and leave to marinate for 1-1.5 hours.

Place the fish in a skillet and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Then rinse the rice well and put it in a sieve so that all the liquid is glass.

Finely chop the onion, then fry when golden brown. Add cinnamon, pepper, salt to taste. Fry everything together for 10-30 seconds. Add rice and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 5
Set aside half of the rice. Put the fish on the remaining rice in the frying pan, put the set aside part of the rice on top. Pour in water and cook over low heat. When the rice starts bubbling, turn the heat on low and cook for another 10-15 minutes until the rice is cooked through. Stir the rice and salt to taste.
Step 6
Serve with an Arabian salad. Finely chop tomatoes, cucumbers, hot peppers, parsley, onions and season with olive oil.
