Everyone is looking forward to the picnic season. Departure with the whole family and friends to nature is an event, and barbecue with a smoke is a tradition. To impress everyone with meat and other treats, marinate them according to recipes from different countries.
Bavarian (for 800 g of pork) 50 g of Bavarian mustard, 20 g of honey, 300 ml of light beer, a pinch of marjoram, pepper, salt. Marinate for 2 hours.
Mexican (for 800 g of shrimp) 50 tequila, 1 chili and vanilla pod each, 50 ml each of lemon and orange juice, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, caryander, salt. Marinate for 1 hour.
In Thai (for 800 g of chicken) 400 ml of coconut milk, 3 tablespoons of sugar, a pinch of ginger and ari each, juice of 1 lemon, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 pod of green chili. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
In Chinese (for 800 g of lamb) 50 ml of sesame oil, 70 ml of soy and wine vinegar, 1 clove of garlic, a pinch of sesame. Marinate the kebab for 2 hours.
In Greek (for 800 g of fish fillet) 50 ml of olive oil, salt, pepper. Marinate for 1 hour.
