Watermelon is not only delicious, but also healthy. The original watermelon salad will surely surprise your family and friends with an unusual taste.
It is necessary
- - cheese (goat) 100 g;
- - red onion 1 pc;
- - greens - 10 g;
- - oil (olive) 1, 5 tbsp. l.;
- - bean sprouts 10-15 g;
- - mango 1 pc;
- - tomatoes 2 pcs;
- - watermelon 250 g;
- - balsamic vinegar 30 ml;
- - lime (optional).
Instructions
Step 1
First you need to cut a rectangular piece out of the watermelon and remove all the bones from there. Send the peeled watermelon to the freezer for 20-30 minutes.
Step 2
While the "base" of our salad is cooling, it is necessary to prepare the rest of the ingredients: cut tomatoes and red onions into thin (about 3-5 mm) slices, finely chop bean sprouts and greens. Cut the mango and cheese into large slices.
Step 3
After 30 minutes, remove the watermelon from the freezer, pour over it with a mixture of balsamic vinegar and olive oil, add salt. Surprisingly, olive oil, vinegar, and even salt go well with watermelon!
Step 4
Gently place all the ingredients on the watermelon: first the mango and greens, then everything else (in any order), and finally add the goat cheese.
Step 5
Add lime and ice if desired.
