It is necessary
- - butter - 80 g;
- - sugar - 170 g;
- - egg - 3 pcs;
- - flour - 200 g;
- - baking powder for dough - 0.5 teaspoon;
- - salt - a pinch;
- - bananas - 3 pcs;
- - coconut flakes - 180 g;
- - vanillin - 1 g;
- - milk.
Instructions
Step 1
Remove the butter from the refrigerator and let it sit for a while at room temperature to soften. Then combine the following ingredients in one cup: softened butter, 100 grams of sugar and an egg. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 2
Combine flour with salt and baking powder. Sift this mixture through a sieve, then add to the sugar and butter mass and knead the dough.
Step 3
Put the resulting dough on a flat surface and roll it out in the form of a rectangle so that its thickness is 0.5 centimeters. Lay a sheet of parchment on a baking sheet, and on it, respectively, the dough. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees and put the cake in it for 10-15 minutes.
Step 4
In the meantime, it is necessary to prepare the filling for the future cake. Combine the following ingredients in one bowl: coconut, sugar, vanillin and eggs. Mix everything well. If the resulting mass is very thick, then add a small amount of milk to it.
Step 5
On the finished cake, you need to put bananas cut into rings so that they are slightly pressed into it. Put the resulting filling on top, making sure that it lies evenly throughout the dessert and covers the gaps between the pieces of fruit.
Step 6
Put the dish back in the oven. There it should be baked for 20-25 minutes. Cut the finished dessert into pieces. Bancoco cakes are ready!
