Is your child just crazy about a treat like Kinder delice? Then please him and cook this cake yourself. It won't take you a lot of time, but how much gratitude you will receive in return!

- Biscuit:

- - flour - 15 g;
- - cocoa powder - 15 g.
- Cream:
- - cream cheese Mascarpone - 80 g;
- - condensed milk - 30 g;
- - chocolate - 50 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Combine 1 whole chicken egg, 1 egg yolk and 50 grams of granulated sugar in a separate bowl. Beat this mixture thoroughly until a fluffy foam forms. Thus, this mass should be 2 times more than the previous one.
Step 2
Add pre-sifted flour and cocoa powder to the sugar and egg mixture. Stir gently in a smooth up and down motion.
Step 3
Mix the remaining egg white with the remaining granulated sugar and beat thoroughly until a stable white foam. Gradually introduce this mass to the main one, and so that it does not fall out. Thus, it turned out a dough for a biscuit cake.
Step 4
Cover the baking sheet with a sheet of parchment and put the resulting dough on it, evenly distributing it over the entire surface. In this form, send to the hot oven for about 10-12 minutes. Cool the finished baked goods and remove the baking paper from them.
Step 5
Combine cream cheese and condensed milk. Beat the resulting mixture until smooth. The cream for future cakes is ready.
Step 6
Divide the cooled biscuit cake so that you get 2 equal parts. Thoroughly grease one of them with the resulting cream, and cover the second with the first. In this form, send the treat in the cold for about 30 minutes.
Step 7
In the meantime, melt any chocolate of your choice, either in the microwave or in a water bath.
Step 8
Spread the chocolate mass on the dainty cut into pieces on all sides. Put it back in the refrigerator for about a quarter of an hour. Cakes a la "Kinder Delis" are ready!
