It is necessary
- - 350 g flour;
- - 305 g of sugar;
- - 230 ml of water;
- - 225 g butter;
- - 200 g of peeled almonds;
- - 200 g of chocolate;
- - 75 ml of vegetable oil;
- - 1 egg;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vinegar;
- - 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence, soda;
- - a pinch of salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Take a soft cream cheese, beat it well with a whisk or fork, add 75 g of sugar, beat in an egg, add a pinch of salt and beat again until completely homogeneous. Add pieces of chocolate with almonds to the cream cheese, stir.
Step 2
To make a muffin dough: Combine flour with 230 g sugar, cocoa powder (optional), salt and baking soda and stir. Add vinegar, water, vegetable oil and vanilla essence to the flour mixture, mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Take the muffin tins, if you have metal ones, grease them with oil, it is not necessary to lubricate the silicone tins - it is so easy to get ready-made baked goods from them. If you have special paper cupcake liners, you can use them.
Step 4
Fill each prepared mold up to half with dough - it will rise quite strongly during the baking process. Put 2 tablespoons of the cream filling on top of the dough.
Step 5
Place the Toxido muffins in an oven preheated to 175 degrees. Bake them for about 30 minutes (depending on your oven and the size of your molds).
Step 6
You can serve the finished baked goods immediately or cool them beforehand - in any case, it turns out delicious.
