It is almost impossible to spoil a trout. The fish is delicious and delicious in a wide variety of cooking options. I propose a recipe for cooking trout that will pleasantly surprise guests and family.
It is necessary
- - trout - 2 pcs.;
- - sunflower oil - 3 tbsp. l.;
- - almonds - 100 g;
- - sour cream 15% - 250 g;
- - flour - 4 tbsp. l.;
- - greens (parsley) - 30 g;
- - salt - 0.5 tsp;
- - ground black pepper - a pinch.

Step 1
We clean the trout, kill the insides, wash.

Mix flour with salt, pepper. Sprinkle the fish with flour. Fry lightly in sunflower oil on both sides until half cooked. We send the fried trout to the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 220 degrees.

Cooking the sauce. Dip the almonds in boiling water, cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the pan and grind with a blender until fine crumbs. Fry lightly without oil. Then add sour cream to the almonds. Simmer the sauce for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add finely chopped greens to the finished sauce.
