Pickled cucumbers, although a simple appetizer, are one of the most popular. They are relevant at any time of the year, they go well with fish or meat. This quick recipe makes some pretty savory cucumbers.
It is necessary
- - 1 kg of fresh cucumbers;
- - 250 ml each of rice vinegar, apple cider vinegar;
- - 120 ml of water;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of salt, sugar;
- - 2 teaspoons of caraway seeds, chili peppers;
- - 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the cucumbers, cut them into thin slices. Pour both rice and apple cider vinegar into a saucepan, add sugar and salt (specified amount). Pour in 120 ml of water. Add cumin, chili and ground cinnamon.
Step 2
Put the saucepan on the fire, bring the marinade to a boil, stirring occasionally. Let the contents of the saucepan simmer a little, then turn off the heat.
Step 3
Put the cucumbers in a tight plastic bag (take a resealable bag). Pour the hot marinade over the cucumbers, seal the bag and leave to marinate.
Step 4
Quick pickles with caraway seeds should be pickled for 1-2 hours, but this is a matter of taste - someone will like them after half an hour of pickling. This is not a recipe for preparation for the winter, such a snack should be tried to be consumed as soon as possible, even in the refrigerator it will not be stored for a long time - at most 2-3 days.

You can serve such an appetizer with fish or meat dishes; based on these cucumbers, you can prepare vegetable salads, but they are incomparable and just as an appetizer.
