There are many ways to prepare cucumber blanks. What enterprising housewives do not add to the marinade: mustard, and tomato sauce, and even vodka.
Ingredients for making cucumbers with vodka (for one 3-liter can):
- about 1, 7-1, 8 kg of cucumbers;
- fresh leaves of black currant, horseradish and cherries:
- 2-3 dill umbrellas;
- 70-80 grams of salt;
- 50 ml of any brand of vodka.
Salt cucumbers with vodka for the winter
1. For pickling, you need to choose medium-sized cucumbers with pimples, about the same size. They need to be rinsed well and scalded with boiling water in a bowl, then immediately drain the hot water and pour cold water.
2. Cucumbers should be placed in a clean, oven-sterilized jar. First, put dill umbrellas on the bottom of the can. Laying cucumbers for pickling should be in layers: first a layer of cucumbers, and then a layer of cherry leaves, horseradish and currants.
3. Then pour the cucumbers in the jar with salt solution. To prepare it, you need to dissolve 70-80 grams of salt in 1.5 liters of water at room temperature.
4. Pour 50 grams of vodka into a jar of cucumbers from above.
5. Close the jar tightly with a regular plastic lid and shake it a little. Then remove the cucumbers with vodka in a cold place.
Important! Cucumbers prepared according to this recipe will be ready to eat in 2-3 days.
