Peas with smoked brisket recipe

Unusual recipe: peas with noodles and mushrooms
The horosk prepared according to this recipe can be used not only in the usual menu, but also in the low-calorie menu, and even in vegetarian cuisine. If instead of noodles and mushrooms, you put fresh fruits or dried fruits in it, then it will become a light dinner or a wonderful breakfast. So, the preparation of a pea should be started by collecting the necessary products in one place, so that everything is at hand.
You will need:
• A pound of dried peas;
• 10 pieces. dried porcini mushrooms;
• Onion;
• 200 g of homemade vermicelli or noodles;
• 5 tbsp. vegetable oil;
• Salt.
In the evening or early in the morning, if you cook peas late, you need to soak the peas in salted water. Let it stand for 10-12 hours, remembering to rinse it occasionally. After the time has elapsed, the peas should be poured with any broth (meat, mushroom, etc.) and boiled over low heat until mushy. Cut the onion into small cubes, fry in oil until golden brown and transfer to the pea porridge. Mix everything.
Also, before cooking a pea, 10-12 hours in advance, you need to soak the mushrooms. During its preparation, they should be boiled until tender in a small amount of water, cooled, chopped in a blender. Mix mushrooms with peas. You can add some mushroom broth if desired. Boil the noodles in a separate saucepan and discard in a colander to drain the water. Before serving, arrange the peas on plates, taking into account the number of eaters. Place some noodles in the middle of each plate. That's all.
