Pea is considered a popular side dish, as it goes well with meat and any vegetables. In this recipe, peas are cooked in a slow cooker. So the cereal is boiled better and becomes especially tender.

- –Peas (240 g);
- –Fresh carrots (1 pc.);
- –Fresh dill (20 g);
- - garlic to taste;
- - olive oil (5 g);
- –Salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
First, you should rinse the peas well by transferring them to a colander or deep bowl. If the groats are of high quality, then the water will not become very cloudy when rinsing. Put already clean peas in a slow cooker and add water, which should be 2-5 cm higher than the cereal.
Step 2
Leave the cereal to cook in a covered multicooker. Next, rinse the dill, carrots, and peel the garlic. Remove the skin from the carrots with a sharp knife, rub on a fine grater. Cut the garlic into small pieces. Cut the dill into small pieces, then stir in the garlic and dill.
Step 3
Open a slow cooker and taste the peas. All other ingredients should be added when the cereal is semi-soft. Put carrots in a slow cooker, then dill and garlic. Stir. Close the lid of the multicooker again and cook for 10-12 minutes. Remember to add water as needed.
Step 4
At the end of boiling the peas, add salt to taste. Remember that peas absorb salt very quickly. Therefore, you should not excessively salt the cereal.
Step 5
Add olive oil at the very end and stir the dish thoroughly. Place the peas on flat plates, serve with fresh vegetables or any kind of meat.
