It is necessary

  • - 300 ml of beef broth;
  • - 20 g of flower honey;
  • - 1, 2 kg of beef;
  • - 2 pcs. medium sized onions;
  • - a pinch of crushed ginger;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of cornstarch;
  • - 120 ml of light beer;
  • - salt to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the beef, put in a saucepan, cover with cold water and bring to a boil. After that, season with salt, reduce heat, and simmer until tender. Remove, cool and cut into small pieces, like for goulash.
