Pumpkin is a dietary and incredibly healthy product. It is easily digestible and contains a huge amount of various nutrients and vitamins. And you can also cook many delicious dishes from it. But the stuffed pumpkin is especially fragrant and nutritious.
It is necessary
- - pork - 0.6 kg;
- - walnuts - 0.5 cups;
- - pumpkin - 1 medium;
- - broth - 0.5 cups;
- - onion - 1 piece;
- - rice - 200 grams;
- - salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse a medium-sized pumpkin thoroughly under running water, blot with a napkin and carefully cut the top off. Then gently scoop out all the pulp and seeds with a spoon.
Step 2
Cut the pork pulp into small pieces, and the onions into thin half rings. Then fry these ingredients in sunflower oil until they have a beautiful golden hue. When the filling is ready, add to it even boiled rice or radish cut into small cubes. Season the filling with salt to taste.
Step 3
Fill ¾ of the pumpkin with the prepared filling and top with warm water or broth. Cover the pumpkin with the top cut, place in a fireproof dish, greased with a little oil, and bake for about 1 hour.
Step 4
Add walnuts, a little more salt and your usual spices half an hour before the cooking time expires. Once the pumpkin is cooked, remove it and carefully place it on a round dish. It should be served hot.
