- For butter cream - 125 g of butter at room temperature, 2 teaspoons of boiling water and 250 g of powdered sugar.
- For choux pastry - 0.5 cups of flour, 50 g of butter or margarine, 0.5 cups of water, 2 eggs, salt on the tip of a knife.

Step 1
First, bake blanks for future roses. These will be small (slightly smaller than a walnut) round pieces. To do this, find a recipe for the well-known choux pastry. Prepare it, and then mold the circles. Place them in the oven for 20-30 minutes.

Next, take wooden toothpicks. Place blanks on them. Then prepare the cream. It can be butter or protein cream, or whipped cream.

Transfer the finished cream to a pastry bag with a rose attachment. If you don't have a special bag at hand, then take a regular paper bag and cut off the tip.

Squeeze the cream out of the bag so that you get two petals. They should cover the dough piece. Then go down a little lower and extrude four more petals. They need to find each other a little.

Extrude the bottom layer in one circle. To do this, rotate the workpiece around its axis.
