An Irish liqueur called Baileys is loved by almost everyone, especially the ladies. It is drunk not only in its pure form, but also used to prepare a variety of alcoholic cocktails and added in small quantities to coffee to give it a more refined taste. However, not all of us can afford to buy Baileys because of the expensive price. Try to make this liqueur at home and treat your friends to them, they will appreciate its unique taste.

It is necessary

    • Vodka 0.5 liters (good quality),
    • cream 400 ml (fat content 20-30%),
    • 4 egg yolks
    • 2 tbsp. l. vanilla sugar
    • can of condensed milk,
    • 1 tbsp. l. instant coffee.

Instructions

Step 1

Take a bowl and beat in four egg yolks, add two tablespoons of vanilla sugar. Open a can of condensed milk and place it in a bowl. Beat everything thoroughly with a mixer.

Step 2

Add one tablespoon of instant coffee (preferably good) to the resulting mass and beat well again with a mixer. It is desirable that the coffee granules be smaller. Don't worry if the coffee is not completely dissolved, the granules will dissolve immediately after mixing them with vodka. Instead of coffee, you can add a bar of chocolate to the mixture, having previously melted it in a water bath. It will be even tastier this way.

Step 3

Open the cream and pour into a bowl with all the other ingredients, if they do not pour out - put with a spoon and mix with a little milk, continue to beat with a mixer.

Step 4

Well, now it's the turn to vodka, pour it from the bottle in a thin stream into a bowl, while continuing to beat with a mixer. Homemade Baileys liqueur is ready, but you need to put it in the refrigerator for several hours. If the liquor has stratified, whisk it again before pouring into the glasses. Some liqueur is simmered, cooled and bottled. This prevents the ingredients from stratifying.
