  • - 200 g of fat-free softened cottage cheese;
  • - 1/2 tbsp. raisins;
  • - 50 g butter.

Instructions

Step 1

Cooking the dough. First of all, you need to grind the butter and sugar. Add a pack of vanillin to this. We add not all sugar, only half. We need a uniform consistency, so we take a mixer and grind to a uniform consistency for about two minutes.

Step 2

Add softened cottage cheese to the resulting mass. The cottage cheese should be of a uniform consistency, so if you take a rustic one, grind it through a sieve. Set aside the finished mixture.

Step 3

Beat the eggs with the remaining sugar. Also until fluffy, homogeneous.

Step 4

Now add the previous butter and cottage cheese to the egg-sugar mixture. Mix everything gently with a spatula.

Step 5

Sift the flour and add to our mixture carefully and little by little. Add baking powder to this. Mix with a spatula from top to bottom clockwise.
