    • 160 g flour
    • 200 g sugar
    • 150 g butter
    • 3 eggs
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • 1 tbsp. l. cognac
    • salt
    • powdered sugar

Instructions

Step 1

Turn on the oven to heat it up to 180 ° C.

Melt the butter, let it cool slightly at room temperature. Beat the eggs with a whisk or mixer, add the cooled butter to them.

Sift flour, mix it with baking powder, so that it is then evenly distributed in the dough.

Step 4

Add cognac, raisins to a bowl with eggs and butter, add prepared flour, stir with a spoon until smooth.

Step 5

Pour the dough into a greased pan, send the cake to the oven to bake for 40-50 minutes. Use a wooden stick to check its readiness. A wooden stick immersed in the cake should remain dry after removing it, without residues of adhered dough.

Step 6

The baking time will depend on your oven, so it may take a little longer for the cake to bake completely.

Step 7

Remove the finished cake from the oven, shake it out of the pan and sprinkle with powdered sugar while still hot.
