    • butter - 6 tablespoons;

    • Chicken with vegetables:
    • chicken - 1 kg;
    • carrots - 2-3 pcs;
    • tomatoes - 4 pcs;
    • garlic 5 cloves;
    • cheese - 500 g;
    • butter - 3 tablespoons;
    • sour cream - 3 tablespoons;
    • black peppercorns;
    • salt.
    • Chicken with mushrooms in sour cream sauce:
    • chicken meat (boiled or fried) - 600 g;
    • mushrooms - 200 g;
    • butter - 3 tablespoons;
    • sour cream - 200 g;
    • hot tomato sauce - 700 g;
    • hard cheese - 2-3 tablespoons;
    • black pepper;
    • salt.

Step 1

Rinse the chicken thoroughly in cold water, put in a saucepan, cover with water, put on medium heat and cook for about 15-20 minutes. When it boils, add the whole peeled carrots, sprinkle with spices and cook until tender. Remove the chicken, cool and remove the meat from the bones. Chop the carrots. Boil the mushrooms and cut into small pieces. Grate the tomatoes on a coarse grater. Put a layer of carrots, a layer of mushrooms, a layer of tomatoes in a saucepan, sprinkle with chopped garlic and spices. Pour in 200 grams of broth, cover with slices of butter, top with chicken. Cover with cheese. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Wash the chicken, place in boiling salted water, let it boil. Pour in the peppercorns, add peeled and coarsely chopped carrots, boil until tender. Remove the chicken meat from the bones and cut into small pieces. Chop the carrots. Peel the tomatoes and cut into strips. Grease a frying pan with oil, put carrots, chopped garlic, tomatoes, gently pour 1 glass of broth. Put slices of butter on top, then chicken meat, cover everything with grated cheese mixed with sour cream. Place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Cut the chicken and mushrooms into equal strips. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil, add meat and mushrooms and fry quickly, sprinkle with spices. Pour in sour cream mixed with 3 tablespoons of hot water and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil, remove from heat. Grease portion molds with butter, lay out the chicken mass, sprinkle with cheese and drizzle with the remaining melted butter. Place in a hot oven, bake until golden brown.
