Vegetables, of course, are healthier to eat raw - then they retain all the nutrients. However, some still taste better after cooking. For example, they can be cooked in the oven with a minimum of oil and spices.
It is necessary
- - 300 g of cauliflower;
- - eggplant;
- - zucchini;
- - 2 multi-colored bell peppers;
- - 2-3 tomatoes;
- - the head of an onion;
- - olive oil;
- - balsamic vinegar;
- - salt and black pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Dip the cauliflower in boiling water for 3 minutes, then remove, cool slightly and divide into inflorescences. Cut the eggplant, zucchini, bell peppers and tomatoes into small cubes of the same size, and cut the onion into strips.
Step 2
Place all vegetables in an even layer on a baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with olive oil and a little balsamic vinegar.
Step 3
Place a baking sheet with vegetables in an oven preheated to 180 ° C and bake until tender. Serve ready-made vegetables as a main course or side dish.
