Oven baked chicken with honey

To cook Honey Chicken you will need the following ingredients (for 6 servings):

- chicken (weight 1 kg) - 1 pc.;

- 3 tbsp. l. honey;

- garlic - 2-3 cloves;

- spices (dry Italian herbs) - to taste;

- salt, black pepper - to taste;

- water.

For this dish, broiler chicken is ideal, which must be rinsed in cold water and cut along the breast. Rub the chicken well with salt.

Prepare the chicken marinade: Combine garlic, squeezed with a garlic press or finely grated, honey and spices. It is best to use a mixture of dry Italian herbs (oregano, basil, savory, shambhala, lemongrass), which are traditionally used in Italy for cooking chicken.
