  • - hard cheese - 100-150 g;
  • - onion - 1 piece;
  • - sunflower oil - 1 tbsp. l;

Instructions

Step 1

This dish is universal in that you can use any kind of fish, both salmon and cheaper ones, such as pollock, cod, catfish, etc.

Prepare a fillet from the selected fish, rinse it under cold running water and dry it with a paper towel. Cut the fillet into portions and rub on all sides with a mixture of salt and black pepper. You can use ready-made fish seasonings. Put fillet pieces in a bowl and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to marinate the fish. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and put the fish on it.

Rub the cheese on a medium grater and sprinkle the tomatoes with it evenly. Beat the eggs into a deep bowl, add milk, add a pinch of salt and pepper and beat with a fork or whisk until smooth. Pour the contents of the baking sheet with the resulting mixture. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, remove the form into it and bake the fish for 15-20 minutes. A golden crust should form on top. Cool the finished dish slightly, transfer to plates. We serve fish sprinkled with finely chopped herbs on the table.
