Salad

Boil the garlic arrows in lightly salted water. Peel and finely chop the carrots and onions. Heat a skillet with butter and saute until golden brown. Cool the garlic arrows and cut into 5 cm pieces. Mix all the salad ingredients and season with a mixture of vinegar and soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Prepare the marinade. Add salt, peppercorns, bay leaves and sugar to a pot of water. Bring to a boil. Rinse the garlic arrows under running water and cut into equal pieces.
