In the middle of summer, garlic arrows appear in the gardens. Inexperienced housewives throw them away, but in vain. Many delicious dishes can be prepared from them, which are served as side dishes or appetizers.

Instructions
Step 1
Salad
Boil the garlic arrows in lightly salted water. Peel and finely chop the carrots and onions. Heat a skillet with butter and saute until golden brown. Cool the garlic arrows and cut into 5 cm pieces. Mix all the salad ingredients and season with a mixture of vinegar and soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Pickled
Prepare the marinade. Add salt, peppercorns, bay leaves and sugar to a pot of water. Bring to a boil. Rinse the garlic arrows under running water and cut into equal pieces. Place in sterilized jars and cover with marinade. Close the lids and wrap in a warm blanket. When the jars are completely cool, put them in a cool place.
Step 3
Fried
Cut the garlic arrows into equal pieces 3-4 centimeters long. Preheat a skillet with oil or butter. Fry the prepared garlic arrows on it. When they start to change color, add a little mayonnaise, stir. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Rinse fresh parsley and pat dry with a paper towel. Then chop finely and add to the garlic arrows. Stir again. Can be served as a separate dish.

Cut the garlic cloves and fry in a preheated pan with vegetable oil, stirring occasionally. Then add finely chopped bay leaves, a pinch of coriander, some sugar, and Korean carrot seasoning. Stir and pour in the soy sauce. Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Add to arrows. Store in a refrigerator in a container, tightly closed with a lid. The marinade shows its taste in a few hours. Garlic arrows prepared in this way are suitable as a side dish with meat or potatoes. This salad awakens the appetite. Might be a good vodka snack.
