- fresh or frozen mushrooms
- vegetable oil
- salt

Instructions
Step 1
Rinse fresh mushrooms under cold water. Dry each gently with a towel to absorb any excess moisture.
Step 2
Separate the hats from the legs. Cut into slices both of those and other parts of the mushrooms.
Step 3
Heat the skillet vigorously. Pour some vegetable oil into it. Arrange the mushrooms in small portions (this will prevent juice from coming out of them). Fry for 7-10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 4
Salt the mushrooms 2-3 minutes before the end of cooking.
