This is a very simple and delicious dessert that you can make yourself. The delicate taste of sour cream goes well with many fruits and berries.

For a fruit cake, you will need: a bag of gelatin (usually there is about 25 g of gelatin), a five-hundred-gram pack of sour cream, 1 glass of sugar, fruits or berries to taste (fresh or canned, for example, fresh strawberries, kiwi, canned peaches, etc.), ready-made biscuit (you can find different options on sale, but most often this is an ordinary biscuit for long-term storage, in the package of which there are two cakes).

Fruit cake preparation:

1. Fill the gelatin with water to swell (if you are faced with such an operation for the first time, carefully read the instructions on the package).

2. Fruits or berries should be thoroughly washed and cut into small pieces.

3. Mix sour cream with sugar, beat a little with a mixer.

4. Heat swollen gelatin, pour into sour cream, stir well.

5. Put berries or fruits in a deep saucepan or bowl, pour some of the sour cream with gelatin. Put a biscuit on top (you can in a whole layer, you can in pieces). Then a little more sour cream and fruits (berries), again a biscuit on top.

Useful advice: precisely because of the peculiarities of making the cake, select the size of the bowl in which you will collect and fill all this with the size of the existing biscuit.

6. Put the cake in the refrigerator until the gelatin hardens completely (at least 3-4 hours, but more often it takes more time).

Helpful hint: so that the cake can be taken out of the bowl neatly, first line the bowl with cling film.

By the way, if you choose low-fat sour cream, you get a completely non-nutritive dessert.
