If you want to cook the cake yourself, but do not want to bake the cakes and waste time preparing the cream, then the recipe for a cake without baking, prepared with canned pineapples, will definitely come in handy. Such a delicacy is prepared quite simply and, moreover, very quickly.

Ingredients:

  • 750 g cookies (sugar is perfect);
  • 1 full glass of cow's milk
  • granulated sugar - to taste;
  • ½ liter of sour cream;
  • a jar of canned pineapples (in circles).

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the pineapples first. They must be carefully removed from the jar and allowed to drain off excess juice. To do this, put the pineapples on paper towels or simply blot with napkins. Then pour the remaining juice in the jar into a separate cup, as it will still be useful to you.
  2. Cow's milk also needs to be poured into a fairly wide cup, separate from the juice from the can. Granulated sugar is placed in sour cream, as a rule, 1 or 2 tablespoons are enough, but if you want, put a little more. Then the resulting sour cream mass is thoroughly whipped with a whisk. You can also use a mixer for this.
  3. Next, you need to cover the saucepan with cling film so that its edges are above the edges of the container itself. Then pineapple rings are placed on the bottom, and a row is laid out along the edge, so that it looks like a shallow cup.
  4. This is followed by a row of cookies. To do this, the cookies are stacked in one row at the bottom of the formed cup, but before that, each of them is dipped in the juice left over from pineapples and in milk. When the first layer of cookies is laid, it should be generously greased with sour cream.
  5. Then the second layer is laid out in the same way, then the third and so on, until the cookies and whipped sour cream run out. But it should be borne in mind that the final layer should consist of cookies, which should not be dipped in either juice or milk.
  6. Next, the cake is closed on top with cling film and some rather heavy load is placed on it. The pan is removed overnight in the refrigerator.
  7. The next morning the cake will have to be obtained. To do this, carefully remove it along with the cling film and turn it over, so that the top is a layer of pineapple, and the bottom is of untreated cookies. After that, you just have to decorate the cake. For example, it can be sprinkled with crumbs made from cookies, and ripe strawberries, raspberries and so on will look very beautiful.
