The success of the Pancho pineapple cake is very simple - the most delicate biscuit soaked in sour cream, fragrant fruits and chocolate glaze. This is enough for the tea party to be successful! Of course, such a delicious cake is clearly not prepared in ten minutes, but you will not regret the time spent.
It is necessary
- For eight servings for the test:
- - 250 ml sour cream;
- - 240 g flour;
- - 200 g of sugar;
- - 190 g of condensed milk;
- - 2 eggs;
- - half a glass of chopped walnuts;
- - baking powder, cocoa powder.
- For the cream:
- - 800 ml sour cream;
- - 6 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar.
- Besides:
- - 70 g of dark chocolate;
- - 30 g butter;
- - sugar, cocoa, canned pineapples, condensed milk to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Beat eggs into a bowl, add sugar. Beat the eggs well with a mixer. Add condensed milk, cocoa and sour cream for the dough, beat. Sift flour, mix with baking powder, add flour in small portions, stirring so that the mixture does not settle. The dough is ready.
Step 2
Cover the form with parchment, grease with oil. Pour the dough into a mold. Bake for 30 minutes at 190 degrees. Cool the cake, remove from the mold. Cut into two pieces, one of which is the base of the cake.
Step 3
Cut the second cake into pieces the size of half a matchbox. Place the biscuit pieces in a bowl. Add canned pineapple slices, drizzle with pineapple syrup.
Step 4
Prepare the cream. Whisk the sour cream and sugar in a bowl. Separate half a glass of cream, send the rest to the biscuit pieces. Add walnuts, stir.
Step 5
Cover a bowl with cling film, put pieces of biscuit and pineapple in it, put a whole cake on top. Put the cake in the refrigerator overnight so that it is thoroughly soaked.
Step 6
Remove the cake blank, turn it over onto a platter, brush the cake with the rest of the sour cream.
Step 7
To decorate the cake, make the icing: mix sour cream or milk, cocoa, sugar, bring to a boil, add butter, remove from the stove, cool. Pour this icing over the cake, sprinkle with grated chocolate. You can garnish the top with almond petals.
