Delicious croutons are perfect for a children's afternoon snack in combination with various drinks. It is not a shame to offer them to a friend who unexpectedly ran to visit. Loose, just melting in your mouth, croutons will appeal to your homemade ones. Bake them once and they will stay on your menu forever.

- 3 eggs;
- 1 cup of sugar;
- 250 g margarine;
- 0.5 teaspoon of baking soda;
- vinegar;
- 0.5 teaspoon salt;
- 2.5 cups flour.
Instructions
Step 1
Beat 2 eggs with 1 glass of sugar and 0.5 teaspoon of salt with a mixer until the granulated sugar is completely dissolved.
Step 2
Grate margarine, put it in the sugar and egg mixture, without stopping whipping it. You should get a homogeneous mass.
Step 3
Quench 0.5 teaspoon of baking soda with vinegar and add to the dough. Stir everything well.
Step 4
Pour 2.5 cups flour into a bowl and knead the dough. Divide it into 5 pieces and form them into oblong buns that look like a sliced loaf.
Step 5
Cover a baking sheet with baking paper, place the buns on it.
Step 6
Beat 1 egg and brush future croutons with a silicone brush. Bake them in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees. The dough will rise and turn golden brown.
Step 7
Carefully remove the baked bars from the baking sheet onto a cutting board and cut them into slices.
Step 8
Spread the croutons on a baking sheet and put them back in the oven. Brown them on both sides. Delicious croutons are ready. They can be served either hot or cold.
