Sheridans is one of the most unusual alcoholic drinks. The Irish consider this two-tone liqueur to be their pride. It is bottled in an original two-section bottle, in one part of which there is a coffee-chocolate liqueur, in the second - a vanilla-creamy one. In the process of pouring Sheridans into a glass, the unusual design of the bottle allows you to maintain the proportion - one vanilla-creamy part for two coffee ones, while the creamy component, as a lighter one, subsequently gently lies on top of the coffee layer.
It is necessary
- -sheridans bottle;
- -crushed ice.
Instructions
Step 1
Take a glass and place ice on the bottom. For Sheridans, however, as well as for other liqueurs, it is better to take a low glass. When using finely crushed ice, this two-layer liqueur looks most impressive in a glass.
Step 2
Uncork the bottle. Pour the liquor slowly into the glass. To achieve a layering, liqueurs from the two sections must pour into the glass at the same time. The geysers in these sections, due to their different diameters, will dose two liqueurs themselves, and, as a result, Sheridans will be poured in a 1: 2 ratio. First, the liqueurs in the glass will be mixed, but if the instructions are correctly followed, after a while, the cream liqueur will gracefully lay on the coffee part and the drink in the glass will be divided into two layers.
Step 3
Serve Sheridans at the end of your meal, or with freshly brewed coffee or tea. Coffee, creamy, vanilla cookies are excellently combined with this drink, it is also good in a duet with ice cream, hot chocolate, orange and lemon juice. It is also incomparable in its purest form.
