Such a drink is not only healthier than traditional lemonades, but also refreshes in the heat much better.

To make orange lemonade you will need: 3 oranges, 1 medium lemon, sugar to taste, 700 ml water, bottled sparkling water to taste.

Making orange lemonade:

1. Since you will need the zest to prepare the drink, rinse the oranges and lemon very thoroughly. Rinse them thoroughly with cold water and grate the zest on a fine grater (white fibers should not get into the grated mass!). After the zest is wiped off, peel the oranges and lemon, then squeeze the juice out of them.

2. Put the zest in a saucepan, pour in the juice, add sugar there. Pour water into this mass, bring to a boil, boil for one or two minutes and put a saucepan with a drink in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.

3. Strain the resulting syrup. Mix it with sparkling drinking water in a 1: 1 ratio or another to taste before use. It is better to mix not all of the syrup with water, but before serving, in order to get exactly the carbonated drink. Add ice to the orange soda, if desired, add mint.

Helpful hint: you should probably experiment with the composition, for example, swap oranges for tangerines.
