Step 1
Before you smoke chicken, you need to attend to the purchase of a smokehouse. For this, the old Bixa, which was previously used to sterilize syringes, is ideal. If it is not possible to find such a device, use any thick-walled and roomy pan that you will not mind converting into a smokehouse.

Before smoking, wash the carcass, rub it with a mixture of salt, seasoning and liquid smoke. You can use curry, black pepper, garlic. It is best to leave the chicken in the refrigerator for a day, but the carcass pickled in the morning will turn out to be no less tasty in the evening.
