Refreshing watermelon drink
Ingredients:
- a glass of frozen watermelon pulp;
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice;
- mineral water;
- leaves of mint or lemon balm.
Preparation:
- Peel the watermelon pulp, cut into small pieces, freeze, then grind in a blender, add lemon juice and beat for another 1-2 minutes.
- Put the watermelon puree in tall glasses, filling them halfway, add the glasses with chilled mineral water, stir gently, garnish with mint leaves and serve.
Fruit sorbet
Ingredients:
- 1 glass of raspberries;
- 500g of watermelon pulp;
- juice of 1 lime;
- 2-3 tbsp. mint liquor;
- honey - to taste.
Preparation:
- Rinse raspberries, dry, rub through a sieve. Peel the pulp of the watermelon, grind it in a blender.
- Mix watermelon puree and grated berries, add lime juice, honey and liqueur to taste, mix well, put in a container and put in the freezer for 3-4 hours.

During freezing, remove the sorbet every 30 minutes and beat thoroughly. After the last whipping, place the sorbet in small cups and freeze.
Grilled watermelon
Ingredients:
- 600g of watermelon pulp;
- 4 tablespoons apricot jam;
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce;
- 1/2 tsp hot ketchup;
- 2 tbsp. Sahara.
Preparation:
- Put the apricot jam in a saucepan, warm it up. Add soy sauce, ketchup, sugar and 3 tbsp. water. Cook, stirring occasionally, over low heat for 2-3 minutes to slightly thicken the glaze.
- Cut the watermelon pulp into slices, grease with cooked glaze.
- Place the slices of watermelon on a greased grill rack and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side, occasionally brushing with icing.
