Melon and watermelon salad
A light refreshing watermelon and melon salad will bring extraordinary delight to lovers of exquisite desserts, it is especially pleasant to eat this dish on a hot summer day. Squeeze the juice from the lemon and orange, then combine the resulting liquids in one bowl. Add honey, ginger and finely chopped mint to the juice mixture, stir the ingredients well. Cut the watermelon and melon into large cubes, fill them with the dressing of honey and citrus juice, mix gently.

Fried watermelon
An original watermelon delicacy can be obtained by deep-frying. To do this, cut the watermelon pulp without seeds into large cubes and roll them in flour. Mix the starch with water, then combine it with the egg whites. You should have a jelly-like batter in consistency.

Dip the watermelon cubes into the batter and stir gently to evenly cover each piece. Heat vegetable oil in a high skillet and fry the watermelons in it until golden brown. Then place them on a paper towel to absorb the excess oil. Then transfer the watermelon cubes to a flat dish, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.

Melon with fruit baked in the oven
Cut the melon into two halves and remove the seeds. Peel one half and cut into small cubes, just like cut apples, pears and apricots. Place the sliced fruit and melon in the second half. Combine honey with nuts and cinnamon, pour this mixture over the contents of the melon. Place it in the oven and bake at 180 ° C for 25-30 minutes. You can bake the melon in the slow cooker in the Bake mode, this will take about 40 minutes.
