Quick salad with cabbage and radish
You will need: 1 medium head of cabbage, 2 cucumbers, lemon juice, 5 pieces of radish, salt.
Chop the cabbage finely and remember with your hands. Place in a bowl. Grate radish and cucumber on a coarse grater and add to cabbage. Squeeze out the lemon juice, salt and stir.
Light Chicken Salad
You will need: 2 tomatoes, 1 cucumber, 1 chicken breast, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of soy sauce, a clove of garlic, lettuce, salt, olive oil.
Cut the chicken breast into small pieces, put in a bowl and add soy sauce, garlic. Leave to marinate for 15 minutes. Then fry the chicken in a skillet. Cut cucumbers, tomatoes and lettuce in any shape, put in a salad bowl, salt, add olive oil and stir. Next, lay the chicken pieces and place them on the festive table.
"Festive" salad in tartlets
You will need: tartlets, 1 can of cod liver, 1 onion, 2 eggs, 2 pickles, mayonnaise, herbs, salt.
Place the cod liver in a bowl and mash well with a fork. Boil the eggs and chop finely. Chop the onion and cucumbers. Squeeze out excess liquid a little. Mix all products, add salt and season with mayonnaise. Spread the salad into tartlets and sprinkle with fresh chopped herbs.
Delicious pita roll
You will need: thin Armenian lavash, 2 pieces of cottage cheese, mayonnaise, slightly salted salmon or chum salmon.
Stir the cheese with mayonnaise until smooth. Spread the filling evenly on a sheet of pita bread. Spread the fish on top, roll up the roll and refrigerate. Cut into pieces before serving.
Eggplant rolls
You will need: 2 medium carrots, a clove of garlic, cheese, mayonnaise and any greens.
Wash the eggplants, carefully cut them in long strips. Sprinkle with salt and let sit for a while. Then dry the vegetables and fry on both sides until golden brown. Grate the carrots and cheese on a medium grater, squeeze out the garlic, add mayonnaise and mix. Put the finished filling evenly on the eggplant and roll tightly into rolls. Put in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with herbs when serving.
Not a single holiday in nature is complete without a barbecue cooked over the fire. Baked fish and vegetables are good for hot dishes.
Grilled vegetables with cheese
You will need: 2 zucchini, 2 eggplants, 3 bell pepper pods, mushrooms, lemon, 4 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil, herbs, garlic, Adyghe cheese.
Cut zucchini and eggplants into slices, pepper into slices, remove the legs from the mushrooms. Prepare a marinade with lemon juice, oil, chopped herbs, and minced garlic. Put the vegetables in a saucepan, pour over the sauce, add the grated cheese and stir. Leave in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Fry vegetables on a preheated wire rack for 2-3 minutes on both sides.
Baked salmon
You will need: 1 kg of salmon (4-5 fish), 3 cloves of garlic, 1/2 lemon, parsley, green onions, 40 g of vegetable oil, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of salt.
Chop the garlic finely. Finely chop the parsley and onion. Put everything in a bowl, squeeze out a lemon, pour in vegetable oil. Pound the resulting mixture well to a pasty consistency.
Prepare the fish, rinse, remove the insides. It is better to bake salmon whole carcasses. Salt the fish well inside and out. Then spread generously with the paste and let it sit for 1 hour. Place the fish on the wire rack and fry it over hot coals for 10-15 minutes.
Simple potato kebab
Rinse the potatoes. If the tubers are large, cut them in half. Season with salt, skewer the potatoes, alternating with pieces of bacon. Fry in the usual way over the fire.
Pork kebab in tomato
You will need: 3 kg of pork, 2 pieces of onions, half a glass of tomato juice, 4 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce, vegetable oil, salt, barbecue spices.
Rinse the meat thoroughly, dry, cut into small pieces. Peel the onion and cut into rings. Make a marinade with tomato juice, soy sauce, and vegetable oil. Put the pork in a container, fill with marinade, mix with onions, salt and mix with spices. Leave the meat to marinate for 3 hours. Spread the prepared kebab on a wire rack and fry over the fire.
For dessert, you can serve fruit or make canapes.
Fruit and berry canapes
For canapes, you can use different ingredients (apples, pears, grapes, bananas, strawberries), it all depends on your imagination. Rinse and dry all fruits and berries well. Cut into small cubes and put on skewers alternating fruits of different colors.
